Pop singer Dieter Thomas Kuhn doesn't mind that holidays in distant countries fall victim to the corona pandemic. The 55-year-old from Tübingen says he has a «long-distance travel aversion».
"I was homesick a lot as a child, even if we only drove to Lake Constance," he told the German Press Agency. Kuhn originally planned a stay in the not so far south of France for this late summer – but if the corona infections increase again, the "singing foehn wave" wants to do without it.
"The fear is already on the neck," said Kuhn. Alternatively, he flirts with a short vacation in the Allgäu, where he wants to eat well – for example, Kässpatzen. He was not a great athlete and hiker.
