Charlize Theron is concerned about aging and death
For Oscar winner ("Monster") Charlize Theron (44) began a new phase of life with her 40th birthday, as she reported in an interview with "Bild am Sonntag". "When you reach your 40s, the youth is behind you," said the actress and mother of two. "You look at the best years of your life and you can see on the horizon that it will be over at some point. It's a strange feeling."
In her latest role in "The Old Guard" (Netflix), Theron leads a group of immortal soldiers. This led her to think about her own finiteness. "Everyone has their date on the calendar, there's nothing to change," Theron said. Until then, the actress tries to stay fit and healthy as long as possible: "I train daily and eat very healthy. The most important thing, however, is to take breaks when my body demands it."
