The actor Elmar Wepper has a penchant for unfulfilled dreams.
«It is not necessary that dreams always come true. There are dreams that lose even if you want to make them come true. As a dream, on the other hand, they have something fantastic and longing for them, »said the 76-year-old to the German Press Agency in Munich.
Wepper also has such a wish, which he could not fulfill. «I always wanted to hike across the Alps from Munich to Venice. I even had the dream recently. But now, in my mid-70s, I said to myself: Elmar, you can’t take it anymore, you have to say goodbye to the dream. ”
The ARD film "It's not going to get greener, the gardener said and flew away" is about dreams. Wepper plays the 60-year-old Schorsch who simply escapes his problems by plane and embarks on an adventurous and unusual journey. The first shows the road movie on Monday (July 13) at 8:15 p.m. in the Summer Cinema series.
